I don't know if I love this more than the saffron smoothie (gonna have to share that soon), but it's pretty close in the running. Not too sweet...just right.
Recipe
1/2 cup dates, pits removed
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp ground cardamon
1 tsp proactiv chia
1 cup ice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Pour into glass & garnish with cardamon
* (you could add 1 banana for a creamier smoothie)
